Eugenie De Sade vs Revelations

It was a horrible night
As the angel of the congregation
Caused it to penetrate my soul
And crush me at last-

I know your tribulation-
Oh you whom I outraged so grievously

My adorable wife.

A blasphemy by those who say of themselves-
self interest lies behind all that men do,
Oh horrible deeds…….
Oh heavens put a stop to my horrible deeds.

Now as the seven thunders spoke,
Clervil went into Eugenie’s apartment and said….
‘Do not be afraid of the things you are about to suffer’.
‘Get up and measure the temple’.
But this honest friend refused to take part in such violent deeds.

Has nature softened your heart?
On this account be glad.
The tree of life is the madam of pleasure.
